These Terms & Conditions govern your use of persiandesignerrugs.ca and your purchase of products from Persian Designer Rugs. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

About us

Persian Designer Rugs is a family-run rug business based in Montréal, Canada, established in 2004. You can reach us at hello@persiandesignerrugs.ca or through our contact page.

Products & one-of-a-kind items

• Our rugs are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Small natural variations in colour, size, pattern and weave are inherent to handcrafted pieces and are not defects.
• We make every effort to display colours and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and listed sizes are approximate.
• Because each piece is unique, an item may become unavailable after you view it. We reserve the right to correct listing errors and to decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or description error, with a full refund.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required.
• Payment is processed securely by a third-party payment provider. By placing an order you confirm you’re authorised to use the payment method.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; a contract is formed once we accept and dispatch your order.

Shipping, returns & cancellations

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Refund & Return Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Reviews & submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you grant us permission to display it in connection with our store. Content must be honest, lawful, and your own — we may remove content that is abusive, misleading or infringing.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photography, graphics, the logo and page design — is owned by or licensed to Persian Designer Rugs and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products and website are provided in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Persian Designer Rugs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada, and any disputes are subject to the courts located in Montréal, Québec.
