Yes. Every rug is hand-knotted or hand-woven by artisan weavers — never machine-made. Each is one of a kind, so slight irregularities are part of the character.

Standard shipping is free across North America and typically arrives in 5–8 business days. Express (2–3 days) is available at checkout.

You can return a rug within 7 days of delivery, in its original condition. Contact us to start a return — see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Use the size filter and the dimensions on each product page. As a rule, a living-room rug should sit under the front legs of your furniture at minimum.

Vacuum regularly without a beater bar, rotate annually, and have it professionally cleaned every few years. We also offer a cleaning service.
